Interstitial Spaces - photography 

My work focuses on what I like to refer to as the “interstitial spaces” found in the urban and suburban terrain. These places are a crossroads of geography, architecture and atmosphere that in and of themselves divulge no clearly defined subject matter. Taken as a whole though, when captured with a balance between the elements of composition that I can only refer to as arcane, they establish a certainty in form that I cannot argue with. In the absence of “landmarks” or obvious “objects of interest” I hope to facilitate a context within which mundane compositional features can integrate and become sublime.
